For 40 years since obtaining the Baccalaureans degree in Civil Engineering, I have successfully designed, constructed and/or project managed various Oil & Gas, Mining, Commercial, Government and Military construction projects in South Africa, Swaziland, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Angola, Botswana, Namibia, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Guinea and Mozambique. I have co-developed and trained Occupational Health and Safety Courses and participated and coordinated the identification and management of Hazards and Risks and participated in numerous incident investigations and reporting thereof. I have full knowledge and understanding of the challenges related to time and costs and how to approach and solve various construction method problems. I had numerous successes coordinating the design and construction teams and have a compassion to train and manage unskilled and semi-skilled people to construct and maintain the relevant facilities.
