Working several years in the Real estate, Facilities, Project and security departments with multi sites, i know my way around. Discussed contracts of all types and changed them to the new and future standards. Integrated new ways of working, this for the users as well as for the service providers. Designed and build several Data Centers. Oversaw the service station projects from design until delivery with and without retail. Secured office buildings and Data centers. Improved BMS follow-up and monitoring of all activities was sometimes a challenge, but not one i do not dare to take. Created & implemented site improvements for buildings and Datacenters, these where mostly in the Benelux some where in other countries like Slovakia, France, Spain.

Manage, maintain and improve all Eurofiber sites + all the racks installed / rented at third-party Data centers in BeLux. Improve the maintenance activities, the reliability & visibility (monitoring) of own sites.
Manage the facilities team for de multi sites of LCL. Optimize the existing sites as well as maintaining them. In addition lead the commissioning of a new site together with commissions agents of the client and the general contractor.
Review and improve design for the Haren prison. Site visit to inspect the build items and equipments are in line with design and in line with installation guidelines.
Leading the Belgium Real-estate, Facilities & Security department. Increase the sites operational reliability by adjusting maintenance regime and making the needed adjustments, investments, ….. This for the office buildings and workshops. Improved the site security level, process adjustments and physical security improvements. Improving the office space use, optimize the real estate portfolio.
Managed the company owned service stations. Responsable for the departments budget, Opex & Capex . Making sure all was working 24/7 and compliant with the law and Shell's procedures. Building new service stations and improving the other ones was the other part of my responsebilities. All of this with a high priority to HSSE and clients easy service.
