I want to generate and drive new business based on continuous innovation and close customer interaction as a product manager, solution manager, business development manager, business strategist, through a CTO office or similar positions. Being a Tech Savvy I truly believe that technology is instrumental in making the world a better place, and I want to drive the business and technology development to make this happen. Innovations, new technologies, and driving cutting edge technologies into new business opportunities provide me with great satisfaction. My first 10 years in Ericsson was in Research; after that I’ve tried to move closer and closer to the business side. I truly see this position as a great step towards this for me. I excel in more complex and dynamic environments, that’s where my strengths come to justice. My strengths are more on the big-picture, strategic side rather than in all tiny details in a stable, continuously ongoing environment. I am analytical to my nature, give me a short amount of time and I will provide great analysis of the proposals including thought-through proposals on the way forward. I have a strong technical background together with a business acumen. I have for more than five years led the Volvo on Call work at our partner. I have identified new opportunities and developed new business cases for Volvo Cars. I have always worked with software, and I see that this is where the major opportunities reside going forward. I have always worked in international and multicultural environments, and I thrive in such environments. Something happens in group dynamics when no specific group (such as white middle-aged men from Sweden) are dominant, this is when you unlock the full potential of the group allowing everyone to bring in their diverse backgrounds while striving to solve the tasks at hand in a unified way. Let’s get in touch to continue discussing how we can make this become a success!
Managing intake and prioritising backlog. Defining scope, roles and processes. Meeting deadlines of high-profile programs such as EX60.
Defined, prioritised and drove development work as well as operations for Volvo on Call for pre-Google cars. This work was performed at an external partner to Volvo Cars. I led multiple teams at the partner. The outcome was continued adaptations of new rules and restrictions worldwide, allowing new tpe of users to access and control their vehicles, and transfer of logic and data from the partner’s solution to the Volvo internal solution serving all connected vehicles.
I drove and coordinated 10+ teams developing the Volvo on Call solution for iCup cars during its early stages. This included developing and driving the in-housing of the solution, including building the cloud solution, that nowadays is used for all Volvo cars. The outcome was a solution that allowed Volvo to fully control its remote services offering.
I drove the O&M area forward by taking on several leading roles in key projects and studies within the Radio organisation of Ericsson. My guiding star has always been to automate and distribute as much relevant O&M functionality as possible, this in order to significantly lower the cost of running the networks, as well as increasing the quality and utilisation of the networks. Furthermore, I participated in two transitions from the Waterfall way of working to the Agile and Scrum way of working, as two of my organisations decided to move to Agile way of working.
I proposed and was given the role as O&M ambassador within Ericsson, driving and enabling collaboration between groups in multiple units and countries. The outcome was higher quality products with quicker lead times.
I was handpicked as study driver to define, describe and anchor a new, scalable and autonomous O&M Architecture for operating and managing radio networks, able to scale by a factor 10 or 100. I was the technical coordinator when Ericsson implemented this O&M solution in a product entering a new market segment.
