As a seasoned Senior Project Manager in ICT, I'm responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex IT projects from initiation to completion. My expertise lies in planning, coordinating, and controlling projects to ensure they meet business objectives, are delivered on time, and within budget. Contract and feasibility analyze with senior technical consultants. • Create and update a Project Initiation Document (P.I.D.) to define: scope, resources, budget, risks, the scheduled communication with customer/stakeholders and milestones, etc.. • Create, execute a Project Plan: review the project schedule with the internal / external resources and the final customer. • Staff the project to ensure that the appropriate skills are set for each project activity. • Internal kick-off: review the project with the project team to ensure all has been understood. • Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project (KPI’s). • Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards • Pro-actively warn customers of a possible risk regarding time/resource/budget. • Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures • Prepare and ensure all reports and supporting documentation for the project are up-to-date. • Coordinate FAT/UAT with internal and 3rd parties for final customer acceptance. • Close project: Move to Prod, Lessons learned internal and external, etc...
