- Business control: analyse and discuss the actuals, budget and forecast with HQ and IT business partners. - Optimise the working capital for the group; focus on WIP and Debtors. Give support to the offices worldwide, challenge them and provide them with best practices. - Responsible for the holding administration (100 FTE); HQ and IT cost control. - Optimize the legal entities worldwide of the group. Projects: - October 2015 IPO of Intertrust NV; contributed with the preparation of the prospectus. Especially the Operating and Financial Review section. - June 2016 aquisition of Elian Group; arrange the treasury for the aquisition. - Daily management of a team of 9 persons. - Responsible for the accounting and reporting of Intertrust (Netherlands) B.V. and it's subsidiaries. - Management accounting/reporting including KPI's to the management team and business units. - SAP BO reporting for the monthly/quarterly/year end closing to the holding. - Responsible for working capital and cashflow optimalisation. - Prepare statutory annual reports in accordance with IFRS and Dutch GAAP. - Contact with auditors, tax advisers, lawyers and notaries. Projects: - Introduction of E-invoicing for our office and clients worldwide. - Office move of our Dutch office (180 FTE) in Amsterdam.
