As part of the Executive Leadership Team, I assist the company in improving its operations, improving the culture, and assist in building and implementing its next strategic growth phase. Reporting directly into the COO of the ASX listed company, I am directly responsible for all supply and distribution activities nationally and internationally. Stronger leadership and a focus on continuous improvement have resulted in a 19% increase in productivity whilst simultaneously reducing operational costs by 11% over the last 12 months.
