The Capacity Centers mainly consist of the following units: • IHC Central Production Engineering. • IHC Metalix. • IHC Piping. • IHC Interior. • IHC Yard Krimpen aan den IJssel. • IHC Yard Kinderdijk. Support for the Capacity Centers is provided by the in-house: • IHC Quality Control Department. • IHC Technical Education Center. Main activities and responsibilities include: day to day overall strategic management and supporting the CC’s operational management.
Management of a specialized company providing a product/solution package with a scope of supply ranging from standard dredging winches & hydraulic power packs, bespoke offshore winches, control systems, FPU & FPSO mooring and offloading equipment up to pipe & cable lay tensioners & equipment. The Winches, Tensioners and Hydraulic Product Groups are part of the Royal IHC Offshore Energy Oil & Gas | Renewables PMG. Responsible for the following departments; sales-concept engineering, engineering, projects, procurement and capacity center of the aforementioned product groups. Overall Management of quality management systems, including: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Main activities include: day to day overall management.
Management of a specialized company providing a product/solution package with a scope of supply ranging from standard dive equipment , deck decompression chambers, launch and recovery systems, hyperbaric oxygen treatment chambers, tunnelling overpressure worker habitats, self-propelled hyperbaric lifeboats up to life support equipment for inert entry. Management of the development of saturation dive system interfacing and integration of these systems in DSV vessels. Business and sales development of high complexity hyperbaric systems. Overall Management of quality management systems, including: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 13485. Active in various norm/standards/guidelines workgroups. Main activities include: day to day overall management.
General management of a specialized sub-sea engineering company providing a product/solution package with a scope of supply ranging from serial products (sensors) up to one-off underwater robots and diving equipment. Main activities included: day to day management, personnel management, investment planning, reorganization management, client visits, marketing, sales proposals, conceptual design, engineering, calculations, analysis, cost control, sub-contracting, trial runs and turn-key delivery.
Saturation diving system consisting mainly of saturation diving bell, saturation living chambers, diving bell handling system, life support systems, dive control room, sat control room, hyperbaric lifeboat, ancillary systems and gas storage and management systems. Also supply of main offshore crane, twin air dive launch and recovery system, air dive decompression chambers, remotely operated vehicle system and helicopter deck. Main activities included: day to day management, personnel management, investment planning, sales proposals, conceptual design, engineering, calculations, analysis, cost control, sub-contracting, certification authority communication, trial runs and turn-key delivery.
