Manager, Fund Settlement (July-Sep 2021) As a Manager of the Fund Settlement Client Services team in Hong Kong, I was responsible to manage and resolve dedicated client enquiries related to their Funds holdings with FundSettle. Enquiries scope range from client onboarding, account opening, new issues, fund orders and asset servicing. • Manage a moment the client orders all the funds, keep monitoring the process of being until to settle, report and check whenever clients inquiries come. • Manage all fund settlement tasks that are performed timely, completely and accurately in accordance to defined procedures. • Manage clients complaints and operational delays are escalated to solve internally and externally. • Contribute to meet the client survey, client loyalty Core Client Service Management EUROCLEAR BANK, Hong Kong Branch (Jan - May 2021) As a Core Client Service for top tier APAC clients including central securities depository bank. I was responsible to manage and resolve all client enquiries related to their holdings with Euroclear bank. • Manage all inquiries from clients to deliver status immediately as a core cs other than all Income, Corporation Action, Settlement such as Fixed income, New issue (Eurobonds, domestic bonds and market specifics) • Manage relationship building skills with clients
● Manage reports related to SFC (Securities and Future Commission) and risk management. ● Administrative and Human Resources duty including SFC Licensing for staff and the company, updating internal message to staff (manual and memorandum from Managing Director) ● Manage all processes as middle-back to all bonds traded including new issues, transactions and brokerage. Achievements: ● As a member of the SFC, report the matters to be reported to the SFC in a timely manner and keep the company safe without violating regulations. ● Watch to ensure that all employees are in good compliance with internal and external discipline. ● Responsible behavior from the beginning to the end of all bonds process.
● Handled major aspects of money market settlements and trade including bills and LC’s. ● Communicated with dealers in other financial institutions to confirm deals via telephone or Swift. ● Placed money deals with other financial institutions and calculate cash flow calculation. ● Negotiated with counterparties to extend maturities and collect T/T. ● Trained new hires with trade finance. Achievements: ● Performed money market deals, i.e. borrowing and lending deals and negotiating financial details. ● Managed bill discounts between the Headquarters and the Branch, which account 80% of the whole transactions of the Branch.
