My life and career have been about leadership in various forms. I'm at my best identifying and setting strategy, building and orienting teams to drive it, and leading and developing the people that make the team and the strategy go. The most rewarding times in my life and career have been seeing my people -- and I regard them as "my people" in the best sense of the word -- not only accomplish the mission in front of us, but develop and grow to go on to greater things themselves.
