• Appointed as a Camp Counselor at this summer camp for disadvantaged children through Camp America’s recruitment program. • Worked within a team of four Camp Counsellors to plan and deliver three 10-day camps, developing and implementing engaging timetables with safe, exciting and educational activities. • Coordinated and supervised activities for up to 16 children aged from 7 to 13 years of age. • Qualified as an American Cross first aider. • Funded and planned a solo 10-day section hike of the Appalachian Trail once camp had ended.
