Manage the Divisional Critical Project Portfolio
Manage the APAC Supply Chain (Process Improvement) Project Portfolio Regional Lead on Lean Six Sigma deployment to the Supply Chain Center at APAC, covers Greater China, Japan, Korea, India and ASEAN countries. Collaborate with Business Units (from Planning - S&OP for business orchestration, to Production - Leadtime and OTIF) for continuous improvement and coach belts (concept to commercialisation - NPI, 6 sigma) projects. Lead trainer at Supply Chain Academy and Lean Six Sigma GB and BB cert-training.
Coach to LSS GB & BB projects, specialised in supply chain operational (quality defects reduction & lead-time/ cycle-time reduction) improvements Lead (as the Product Owner) the Global Complaint Handling Process and System rollout in APAC Standardized the Quality Systems’ policies on Audit & CAPA, Complaint Handling & Product Traceability in the APAC Lead auditor on ISO 13485 and Lead trainer on LSS Green and Black Belt trainings in APAC (HK, CN, JP)
Facilitate kaizen events, incl. AP & AR settlement lead-time reduction (lean), Inbound shipment damage reductions (6 sigma), Delivery complaints root cause analysis (6 sigma).
