We do this by using technology to find and sell the relevant wines out of the vast wine selection out there and by providing the best and most trusted content to everyone who wants to learn about wine. Achievements: Designed and implemented an efficiency and consolidation initiative, delivering $25 million in cost savings within three months through a 50% headcount reduction, closure of four offices, creation of a European organization, renegotiation of vendor contracts, and the introduction of high-margin revenue streams, including subscriptions and advertising.

Achievements: Navigated the challenges of COVID-19 by transforming a 2,800 FTE organization into a customer-centric omnichannel retailer for Greece and Cyprus. Leveraged technology, data, and operational efficiencies to drive success, with key achievements including the centralization of warehousing (transitioning from store fulfillment), implementation of a KPI-driven control system, improved vendor terms, and conducted a comprehensive store profitability analysis with actionable insights.
