I am leading BMW Group’s global user experience development Team - a passionate team that aims to provide the best customer experience for digital in-car user interfaces including augmented reality, the central information display, control elements as well as the BMW and MINI Intelligent Personal Assistant. I have always been curious about technological developments and how user experience can benefit from pure TechMagic. I get excited about changing things so we can reach a higher bar for our customers. Throughout my professional career, I strived to create meaningful digital experiences for our customers: From my PhD in Connected User Experience to working in different management positions e.g. in Navigation and Mobility Services I kept this ability because I realized - this is what it takes to shape valuable products and this is what I want to bring to my teams.
