With over 20 years of experience in M&A, I have successfully led transformative projects that shaped the portfolio of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, one of Europe’s largest media, services and education companies. As the former EVP of M&A, I played a key role in dozens of transactions, including the creation of Penguin Random House and Majorel. In my role as CFO of Bertelsmann investments I helped build and manage highly successful corporate venturing platforms on four continents that deployed 1.5 bn EUR across more than 400 start-ups and funds. After having provided senior leaders with independent advice on M&A and strategy via Calisa GmbH, I decided to join Seven Principles AG as a CFO from March 2026 onwards.
