About me With more than 20 years of experience in technology governance, vendor strategy and IT service management, my work has consistently focused on aligning complex IT ecosystems with legal integrity, financial transparency and long-term strategic objectives. As an ITIL Expert, I strongly believe that sustainable technology environments require structured governance, operational discipline and clear accountability across the organization. Throughout my career I have operated at the intersection of IT leadership, legal frameworks and financial governance. My experience includes managing large technology portfolios, overseeing vendor ecosystems with hundreds of active contracts and supporting executive teams in maintaining full visibility over technology risk and investment. Rather than viewing governance as a control mechanism, I see it as the architecture that allows innovation to scale safely inside complex organizations.
