Performance Management Coaching: Developing performance management models and guiding service organizations in data-driven decision-making. Creating roadmaps and change plans for processes, organization, knowledge, and technology in collaboration with management to enhance maturity in information and performance management during large business transformation programs. Project Management: Leading the setup of a data warehouse within big data architectures (Hadoop, Spark, Cloudera) for a B2B retailer, focusing on P2P and L2C processes. This includes supporting agile dashboard development to ensure effective data visualization and insights.
- Responsible for setup of IT backoffice for new M7 vehicles in cooperation with Bombardier/Alstom - Responsible for IT infrastructure setup related to the European Train Control System (ETCS) implementation - Coordinating several Telemetry related projects under Wayside Program of SNCB IT
