Hi, I'm Joeri. From Antwerp, Belgium. I help founder-led software companies scale from product traction to operational maturity. Over the past 12+ years, I helped build and scale software companies from early traction to a successful exit. In my view, successful leadership of a SaaS company requires a visionary domain expert, a technical architect and an integrator/operator. I bring the latter. I naturally operate at the intersection of product, go-to-market and operations — translating vision into focused execution and helping organizations scale without unnecessary chaos or bureaucracy. I work best in leadership teams with high autonomy and short decision cycles, very close to the customer. Outside work, I'm a husband and father of three — the people who keep me honest about what actually matters. That same sense of proportion is something I try to bring to work: focus on what counts, let go of what doesn't.
Took over leadership role from the initial founder of Cashaca Software after acquisition by PIA Group in August 2024.
Launched digital accounting service and prepared teams, structure and processes for the next growth phase.
The e-GOR life insurance platform joined forces with the Brio software from Portima. Coordinated the teams integrating e-GOR into Portima while ensuring business continuity.
Worked across implementations, customer onboarding, sales demos, support and operational improvement initiatives within a growing HR software company. Served as day-to-day sparring partner to the founder-CEO while actively contributing inside the operational reality of the business. The company was acquired by BCS in October 2023.
e-GOR was launched as the very first 'insurtech' in the Belgian life insurance market in 2012. The company was acquired by Portima in June 2022.
