As Marketing & Communications Manager (0.2fte) I have been responsible for the company's corporate identity, website, public relations, presentations, competitive analysis, text production, publications, press releases, awards, photography, social media and correspondence with the media.
Tasks and responsibilities as sales engineer (0.8fte): acquisition of projects, account management, advising architects, contractors, developers, consultancy firms and clients, establishing and maintaining contact with suppliers, giving corporate presentations, making cost calculations, budget estimations and quotations, making technical proposals and design alternatives, managing (international) tenders, negotiating and concluding contracts and quantity surveying.
The TU Delft International Office (Education & Student Affairs) welcomes new international students with a comprehensive Introduction Programme. This programme aims to provide a warm welcome to over 2,000 students and give them the best start possible to their studies trough an academic, social and acculturation programme. Dutch and international coaches who are current students at TU Delft guide new international students. As part of the programme team I coordinated the activities and supported the overall programme management.
Hoek & de Wit is a contemporary design office with a focus on interior architecture. My tasks in this architectural office were designing, drawing, 3D modelling, making presentations and copywriting.
Gathering and working on the content of the 'Dwellingbase' project, a web-based search engine providing access to a growing documentation of architectural projects concerning dwelling, housing, habitat and the human living environment.
