I am a Swiss CPA (RA) with operational finance experience in Switzerland, France, USA and The Netherlands. Outsourcing RTR to IBM and managing it, setting up Shared Services for OTC processes, Cash flow improvement (Cost, Capex, DSO, DPO), M&A integration and divestiture (share and asset deals), Cross-border reorganization and Crisis Management are part of my international manufacturing CFO experience. As interim and fractional finance executive CFO of small and medium sized companies i stay in touch with the economy and real business life. I also obtained in June 2022 my Dutch teaching and BKE (hoogeschool) diplomas. Since then i lecture successfully parttime at different business schools at HBO, MBO and VMBO level. I like the combination of business, economy, finance and the development of future managers. My weekends are dedicated to support a rugby team as a photographer. I keep fit by biking and running. Being Swiss, I love going back to my roots and enjoy my vacation South of the Alps.
