As a Director of Executive Education and Sustainability Programs at Thunderbird School of Global Management, I merge my extensive experience in sustainable innovation, capacity building and ecosystem development. My responsibilities include pursuing strategic opportunities with clients and partners, identifying new markets, as well as designing and developing exec education programs. Previously, I was Director of Executive Education at Cambridge University's Judge Business School. As co-founder & partner of PDIE (Purpose-driven Innovation Ecosystem), I have been connecting and advising various stakeholders - start-ups, investors and experts - with a focus on sustainable development & green innovation. I support start-ups as a mentor, e.g. for the European Innovation Council (EIC). I am a co-founder & program chair of the Arts & Nature Social Club, a non-profit at the intersection of art, science & entrepreneurship whose mission it is to sensitize leaders to planetary challenges. I am a member of The Club of Rome, where I also served as Deputy Secretary General. As a Fulbright scholar I completed an MBA in San Francisco. As our non-profit's board member, previous vice president and program chair, I am responsible for the representation as well as curation and moderation of our various salon formats, including the distinguished Club of Rome Salon series.
Co-founder of non-profit members club launched in Berlin in Nov. 2019. It serves as a platform for inspiration and debate of topics relevant to a sustainable future and explores them from different perspectives involving the arts, sciences and entrepreneurship to address pressing societal and environmental challenges, especially in relation to our relationship to nature. The club targets opinion leaders and creative people in the private sector, arts and culture, and academia who are open to new approaches and ideas.

Advise high-tech hardware start-up on sustainability and circular economy as key value drivers; support national and international networking vis-à-vis key stakeholders, incl. investors. Raised angel investment; supporting raise of series A investment. Carbon Mobile breaks rules in material science and in the engineering of consumer electronics. Combined with the personal background of its founder Firas Khalifeh, the company has the potential to become the "TESLA of products" such as smartphones, tablets & laptops. This is why I support the company to help build their "impact case."
