• Service and repair of endoscopic camera systems on component level • Compliance with regulatory requirements and standards • Developing, implementing and conducting technical trainings for global service technicians including documentation, work- and test procedures • Global technical support • Reporting to head of service department
• Service and repair of lightsources, insuflators, pumpsystems, heart- assist devices, endoscopic cameras, lasers, rigid and flexible endoscopes and instruments used in minimal invasive surgery • Co- leading the service- center in Sydney • Compliance with regulatory requirements and standards • Technical support, advice and training for customers and endusers • Supporting sales and marketing division • Reporting to managing- director
