About

I am continuously developing DEL technology in order to obtain larger, better and more diverse DNA-encoded chemical libraries in various formats. We have recently proposed an innovative, solid-phase synthesis-based "Pure-DEL" technology which we will explore for creating large, high-quality libraries of small, chemically-diverse macrocycles for targeting "undruggable" targets, protein-protein interactions and for discovering new molecular glues.
