Project management and specialist support in national and international outsourcing, acquisition and JV projects, development of the HR solution as part of the customer offer in conjunction with legal affairs and commercial management, implementation of HR due diligence, assessment and problem solving in legal and commercial HR Aspects including participation in the business case, participation in contract negotiations, planning of HR integration and transformation measures and management of implementation projects.
