About

I am an electrical engineer (PhD) and a passionate control engineer. As head of the pre-development department "Automation goes IT" at Siemens (Digital Industries, Factory Automation), I drive forward a wide variety of innovation topics in the field of production automation. Especially, the topics around Industry 4.0 and semantic modelling (e.g. the Asset Administration Shell) are very important to me. One of my more time-consuming hobbies is photography, which I pursue mainly on different trips around the world.
