After 3 years working in German Headquarter, i was assigned for open the new plant in China. I was transfering technology knowhow as well as German working style. Our feeling for Quality and sense for perfection is always a challenging part of my job in China. From 2006 to know, i trained people, qualfied suppliers and implemented new production technologies. Most of the machinery i bought, is localy purchased, but able to guarantee a cost efficient production process.
I was responsible for production planing, materials, manufacturing and filling of detergents. Furthermore i was in charge of logistics and warehousing.
improving and monitoring of working processes and material flows. responsible for external logistic providers, maintainance. responsible for a staff of 200 employees.
Setup new factory, Organization and leading of operational area incl warehouse, Manufacturing and assembling of products, Production planing, Supervise shipping dates, Responsible for a staff of 50 employees. After 13 years in the Kao Group, the business unit in Germany was closed.
