De Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen (DJI), een onderdeel van het Ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid, speelt een essentiële rol in de beveiliging, zorg en begeleiding van justitiabelen in Nederland. Met zo’n 17.000 medewerkers verspreid over penitentiaire inrichtingen, jeugdinrichtingen, detentiecentra en tbs-klinieken, werkt DJI dagelijks aan het handhaven van de openbare orde en het bevorderen van re-integratie. Als Team Lead Sourcing | Lead Sourcer binnen DJI ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken van talent voor 50 locaties door heel Nederland. In deze rol leid ik een team dat zich richt op het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van wervingsstrategieën, gericht op het aantrekken van de juiste professionals voor de verschillende operationele en specialistische functies binnen de organisatie. Mijn verantwoordelijkheid ligt in het waarborgen van een efficiënte en effectieve instroom van nieuw talent, waarbij ik nauw samenwerk met diverse interne stakeholders om te zorgen voor een solide personeelsbestand dat de toekomst van DJI ondersteunt en versterkt.
