About

Hi 👋, I’m Joep. I lead Business Improvement at PIA Group, owning portfolio-wide value creation through tech-enabled efficiency, commercial excellence, and business performance. I work closely with leadership teams to translate strategy into scalable execution, using AI, best-in-class tooling, strong supplier partnerships, and data-driven performance management. I began my career as an operations executive in my family’s business, leading 100+ FTE across functions and delivering digital transformation initiatives that improved workflows, customer experience, and results. I later joined McKinsey’s Operations Practice, supporting clients on operational improvements, capability building, and large-scale change programs. Outside of work, I enjoy learning Mandarin, gaming, and exploring philosophy, history, and science. I also cherish spending time with my family.
