As Senior Contract Manager, I lead the contractual implementation of AFM’s transition to a new IT service provider, which contains the migration from an on‑premise environment to the cloud. I manage the full CATS CM–based contract framework, align contractual obligations with both the outgoing and incoming providers, and ensure strong governance throughout the transition. Provided substantive input to the dialogue sessions and RFP and contracting documents. The activities consist of 4 phases; 1. Managing the process to define the exact scope, service requirements, service levels and service management integration. 2. Managing dialogue sessions (RFD) to validate and adjust the Request for Proposal (RFP) and creating a shortlist based on the dialogue session to send out the RFP. 3. Supervising the selection process and making an objective comparison of both quality and financial comparison. 4. Managing and validating contracting of services (MSA, DPA, GDPR, Service Delivery & SLA documents) These phases have been completed for both the managed service provider and the public cloud platform supplier.
