Hi, I’m Joep, a Full-Stack Growth Engineer helping platforms, SaaS and e-commerce turn visitors into loyal customers. I ship engineering and growth across the entire funnel: programmatic SEO and landing pages to acquire, rapid experimentation and custom sales tooling to convert, and predictive LTV models, growth loops, and hyper-personalized CRM to retain and grow customer value.     My role centered around acquisition growth through new marketing initiatives, spanning offline marketing, partnerships, and the marketing automation tooling that made those channels compound. Rather than throwing spend at channels, I built systems that made each one measurably more efficient or scalable. A few of the marketing tools I shipped during my tenure: In-house targeting engine -> Cut 30%+ off the cost of every national and hyperlocal mailbox campaign by optimizing who we reached before a single campaign went out. Barter-influencer platform -> Built a platform for the full partnership lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention) through integrated CRM workflows, automated reporting, and built-in campaign and promotion tooling. Deeplink generator -> Provided marketing and retail media a self-serve way to create links straight into in-app categories and campaigns, removing annoying clutter from their workflow.
