As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance alignment and collaboration between Sales and Manufacturing Operations at Hitachi Construction Machinery Europe NV, I’m pleased to announce the next step in my career journey. With the launch of the first phase of our organisational transformation within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team, effective from September 2025, I will be taking on a new role as SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation Lead. This transformation is driven by the strategic need to accelerate the rollout of SAP S/4HANA, our integrated ERP system that centralises core business processes and functions. In this new role, I will lead the deployment of SAP S/4HANA and oversee the integration of commercial operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and effective transformation.
