Roles and Responsibilities: • Evaluated the Journey with You (JoY) mentoring programme with team of 4, overseeing participant surveys and analysing engagement data, providing recommendations to improve programme relevance for newly married couple • Collaborated with key family support stakeholders in the programme delivery of family- focused programmes such as the Marital First Respondent (MFR) workshop, equipping 20+ volunteers with skills to support newly married couples • Led literature reviews, analysed survey datasets from 200+ survey respondents, and refined public education materials to support policy development for ongoing marriage and parenting initiatives, strengthening evidence-based programme design
Roles and Responsibilities: • Managed a team of 7 to plan and deliver faculty-wide sports events, enhancing engagement among 250+ students during the 2023 Inter-Faculty Games (IFG) • Launched and oversaw FASS Sportlight, a new sports video series, garnering 300+ views and increasing visibility of faculty sports activities
Roles and Responsibilities: • Conducted a literature review of 200+ local and international sources on emerging trends in sports, providing evidence-based insights to guide policy discussions on Singapore’s sports spectatorship landscape • Synthesised research findings and proposed 4 strategic recommendations to increase sports spectatorship in Singapore, including digital development initiatives and community outreach approaches
Roles and Responsibilities: • Coordinated the development of the Future Leaders Programme (FLP) for rollout in selected tertiary institutions, organising communications and relationships with 10+ education and youth stakeholders to ensure programme alignment with institutional needs • Led sustainability initiatives for the FIBA 3x3 Asia Cup 2022, partnering with 3+ like- minded organisations to implement eco-friendly event practices and enhance the tournament’s environmental footprint • Organised the '57 Kampung Games' collection, coordinating logistics and 50+ submissions to achieve recognition in the Singapore Book of Records for the largest collection of National Day–themed Kampung Games Notable Events: • FIBA 3x3 Asia Cup Singapore 2022 • Nurture Kids@GetActive! Roles & Responsibilities: • Handling and fulfilling orders from online customers • Duties included selecting items such as fresh produce from the store, packing the products and preparing items for delivery • Despite working under a fast-paced environment, I ensured quality control for all orders and fulfilled them correctly to guarantee a perfect order
