• Accountable for the end to end project lifecycle for Maxis Data Services (mobile, fixed & M2M/IOT) & data product related initiatives (which includes performing feasibility studies on upcoming technologies, planning, design, capacity management, and deployment) • Managed PS Core Network’s yearly budget of RM 30-40mil (CAPEX & OPEX Annual Operating Plan) which includes dimensioning, forecasting & budget justifications, vendor negotiations, drafting of project contracts and solution recommendation presentations with the Maxis Management team (CXOs) • Key Project Accomplishments: PS Core/Evolve Packet Core evolution; Policy Control & Charging program (PCEF/DPI/PCRF/OCS); Network Data Centre Transformation; Gi-LAN network consolidation; Mobile Data’s IPv6 deployment; Caching and Traffic Optimisation (Mobile & Fixed); Fixed and Mobile network product convergence; Develop and drive Maxis’s NFV strategy team
