As Content and Marketing Specialist, I wrote a variety of copy for the firm’s clients, including but not limited to reputation management articles, press releases, digital content, social media posts, and SEO articles. As an SEO specialist, I performed a wide range of SEO services for clients, such as SEO audits, competitive backlink analysis, content audits, SERP monitoring, site health checks, and both on-page and off-page SEO.
As SEO Coordinator, I helped lead a team of specialists on a variety of SEO projects and tasks.
As project manager I handled various web development projects for the company and its clients, from pre-planning stage to launch. Responsibilities include functional requirements and use case setting, client servicing, and team management. As QA manager I wrote test plans based on functional requirements / project scope and tested websites and other products against these plans. I made sure that each product the company launched was error free. As content editor I wrote and edited travel articles that appeared on the website, edited and managed client listings, composed questionnaires for interviews of clients, their staff, and their program participants, and managed other content on GoAbroad.com.
As marketing communications officer, I was in charge of writing, designing, and composing marketing collateral for 1SMS clients. I also handled web design and development, and social media management requests. Clients we worked with included the National Association of Freight and Logistics, Air Cargo Trader, Freight House Dubai, and AfricaWest.
