As VP/Managing Director at Agile360, a division of Entisys Solutions, Inc., I was responsible for all aspects of the business (Sales, Technical, Operations) and led the growth of the organization from $11M in revenue to $45M in revenue in less than five years. During this period, our attrition rate was less than 2% in an industry that averages more than 15%. We were twice awarded one of Orange County’s “Best Places to Work,” named to the Inc. 500 list each year, named one of Orange County’s “Fastest Growing Private Companies,” and awarded myriad partner awards including Citrix America’s Partner of the Year award and West Region Partner of the Year multiple times.
Designed and implemented a virtualized infrastructure accomplishing effective disaster recovery and server consolidation without increasing capital or operating budgets. Restructured and revitalized a struggling IT organization through professional development, recruiting and implementing a service oriented culture designed to support the needs of the providers and other users in order to deliver exceptional patient care.
