• Develop, implement, and review the Bus Service Reliability Framework (BSRF) and the First and Last Bus Punctuality (FLBP) indicator resulted from new bus routes or route amendments. • Assess the performance of bus services through data-mining and trend analysis to work towards achieving requirements for BSRF and Quality of Service (QoS) Standards. • Conduct bi-yearly QoS audit and periodic review of the QoS Standards.
