As a designer, Joel has always went against the current, straying away from the norms and finding his own unique and creative personality in his designs. Joel's passion for designing buildings stemmed from his studies in Interior Architecture and Design. (IAD) In 2017, Joel faced shortcomings and met a disappointing failure where his results did not meet his expectations. On the brink of giving up, Joel was introduced to design software where he learnt and thrived in the following semester, pulling his GPA up from a devastating 2.6 to a whalloping 3.5. With a better understanding of his new interest and strength in IAD, Joel is more motivated than ever before. Joel feels that using software allows him to better translate his ideas into reality. Showing clients visual representation of mood and atmosphere, helping them understand not only the aesthetic of the space but also the feeling of being in that space. This is his belief. no matter how aesthetic a space is designed to be, without mood, lighting, atmosphere, and feel, the space will be shortchanged and nothing out of the ordinary. Joel works in the sales industry while pursuing his career in Interior Architecture and Design. During his free time, he looks to improve his physical health by hitting the gym, working out up to 4 times a week.
Professional acting according to the given role. Staying professional and in character even when things get out of hand ( funny things happen ). Standing for long hours if needed. Being flexible in working hours.
Serving customers according to their needs. Conversing with customers to make them feel comfortable. Being a bartender, giving samples of alcohol and cocktails if they would like to sample the product. Having knowledge of the products to help customers in their purchase.
Promoting Apple products with full knowledge of the product. Helping customers answer any questions they have about the product to help them with the purchase. Being flexible to do different stations and tasks in the event.
Heavily embodied with in and out knowledge of the products. Promoting the product to customers with initiative. Conversing with customers to feel like they're a friend more than a customer.
Serving customers professionally and with initative. Being able to handle work under pressure especially when the crowd gets extremely busy during peak hours. Knowing what to do when things go wrong ( Dissatisfied customers, drunk customers etc ). Working in a fast pace environment. Having to juggle between different stations and being flexible with what youre tasked to do. Serving as a waiter and attending to the bar if there is a need for help inside.
