-A Project Controls concentration with 20 years project planning, scheduling and cost management in Power Generation, Utilities, Construction and Manufacturing utilizing different project management tools. My background also includes involvement with budgets, Planning, Scheduling CAPEX, OPEX tracking and cost management forecasting. I have helped lead new process creation for Project Control departments. Some technical tools include P6, Visio, Power BI, Bluebeam, SAP, Deltek Cobra, Milestone Pro, Costpoint, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint and ad hoc among others. Utilized coding, organizing portfolio layouts, user access and gate keeping. Providing customer service, task management, WBS structure, Critical Path Methods, Earned Value, training less experienced users, cost forecasting, schedule quality checks, baseline development, schedule layout creation among other analysis and presentations.
