I am an experienced professional in engineering project management, from development to final delivery, with technical and manage skills to coordinate simultaneously Engineering, Planning, Procurement and Construction, as main fields of actuation. During the last ten years, I have managed more than thirty engineering projects, almost exclusively for the international market, expanding my projects portfolio constantly. At this present moment, beside the project management, I am coordinating a multidisciplinary team of junior engineers, industrial designers as well the clients and suppliers’ contractual commitments. Additionally, I have professional experience in technical areas such as industrial production, industry processes and services and civil construction support. I have a graduation in Mechanical Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), a post-graduation in Management at Lisbon School of Economics & Management (ISEG) and a post-graduation in Safety and Health Administration at Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), as base knowledge background to support my professional activities. My previous professional experience was at support activity areas, namely Maintenance, Quality and Safety. I developed planning methodology and systematization skills, with this professional experience. My main key points are focus, structure and personal commitment to provide a high-performance product, always seeking for self-development and growth. Project and contract management for engineering projects to support processes on power plants. Conception, design and implementation of solutions for engineering projects such as: * Steam and water analysis systems; * Chemical dosing systems; * Water and waste water treatment plants; * Gas analysis systems. Elaboration, revision and approval of technical and quality documentation, to support the engineering projects from conception to production. Elaboration of technical specifications for project components and services. Planning of all project activities, from contract to delivery, including engineering and development, procurement and storage, production and logistics. Planning of project budget and purchasing control. Supervision and follow-up of project production stages, including suppliers components construction and services, internal installation and testing activities.
