I love working with people and helping them with what I can. I also love doing sports (running, swimming and badminton), and it just keeps me going. Learning is something I do enjoy especially something to my liking or interest. Life’s tough, but I am willing to keep trying even when I fail.

• Assisted in enhancing programmes using the Visual-Basic of Applications (VBA) in Excel to generate transmittal forms more efficiently. • Likewise, created a similar programme to the transmittal form for the inventory stock balance to keep track of records more efficiently. • Aid in digitalizing and modelling up business process flows written as a Standing Operating Procedures (SOP) in Excel format to the ARIS Software known as Event-driven Process Chain (EPC) • Assisted in doing sanity checks to ensure that the values calculated corresponds and there is an alignment of data • Documenting Information of Invoices and Data's in Excel
• Was in-charged of the Textbooks section. • Account for the new stocks upon arrival. • Ensure that the stocks ordered and received tallies. • Arrange and tidy the books neatly on the shelves. • Helped and assisted the customers in looking for the respective assessment books that they want. If the relevant books are out of stock at our branch, I would need to check in the SAP system to see which branches would have and notify the customers. Depending on customers, I will either get the branches that have to fax it over or get them to reserve for that particular customer.
• Packing and sorting clothes into boxes to respective stations. Different stations would be sent to the different countries (Bangladesh, Egypt, Africa, etc). • Weighing the boxes and noting the weight after every box is filled • Placing and stacking over one another in 2 columns and 5 rows.
