Working as an Associate Recruitment Consultant at Premier Group, placing Electronics & Embedded Software candidates across the South West of England.
Began at a flagship store in Reading in June 2021, dealing with retail, corporate and insurance customers. Operations wise covered numerous areas of the business growing the business through marketing and building relationships with corporate businesses. Focused on daily running and expansion of the branch as well as taking on the role of a manager in some cases to further develop myself. Obtained a management qualification, which resulted in a promotion from a Management trainee, to an assistant.
As a senior sales assistant, I had many key responsibilities that were vital within the retail landscape. One major area that I looked after, was making sure that myself and fellow members of staff maintained the highest level of customer service we could offer in such a fast paced environment. Effective communication, quick problem solving whilst working under pressure was imperative and a standard I had full responsibility for throughout the day. Working at Primark allowed me to build on my leadership skills, I learnt how to handle my time effectively and make sure tasks are completed in a timely but qualitative manner.
