Managing multiple teams including Web Development, Web Optimization & Conversation (A/B Testing & Personalization), UX Design, and Localization. Current focus on scaling business output through establishing workflows and processes, continual and iterative improvement of the customer experience, and increasing conversion toward business goals.
* Own all engineering responsibilities to build and manage aws.amazon.com, AWS Marketing primary marketing channel * Managing 4 product engineering teams consisting of 35 engineers, managers, and technical program managers. * Engineering portfolio includes Content Delivery Infrastructure/Operations, Full Stack Web Development, Web CX, and CMS Platform Scaling. * Promoted both IC and MGR roles up to senior manager level. * Successfully drove team productivity initiatives to increase overall delivery for customers. * Bridge between product, business, customers, and tech teams to gain consensus and inform, collaborate, and align on roadmap priorities.
* Own engineering digital product portfolio for delivery fulfillment operations at WFM and global third party grocery partners. * Manage product team with focus areas of pick labor capacity management, inventory experience, delivery staging, and shopper performance management. * Drive product priority across global business units. * Provide product direction to 50 person engineering.
* Own and drive portfolio for Marketing Automation & Tools for WW Prime Now Marketing teams in eight countries across NAMER, EU, and APAC. * Responsible for building products that scale merchandising automation, traffic acquisition, and content optimization automation. * Tools reduced the need for 14,400 manual hours of work to support global growth and holiday peak customer activity.
* Fully own technical concepting, planning and execution of livestreams for marquee events for AWS. * Manage Web Platform infrastructure and operations for aws.amazon.com * Teams consist of Technical Program Management, Web Production, and Web Engineering * Own and manage the project roadmap prioritized against a dozen internal organizations * Manage process optimization to scale with our company initiatives and growing customer base * Manage project management team to ensure rapid and successful delivery of website initiatives * Run collaboration with design, engineering, and business stakeholders
