Patent Law Attorney Prosecution – Practice includes all phases of U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution, client counseling, and opinion work; Oversee clients’ patent portfolios and manage team of attorneys to work on the portfolios; Experience and knowledge to handle large takeovers / acquisitions of patent portfolios; Work closely with in-house counsel to identify inventions and develop filing strategies; Have drafted over 1000 patent applications and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications. Litigation – Practice includes assisting all phases of trial work; Experience in discovery, motion preparation and filing, expert reports, markman briefs, oral arguments, appeal briefs and settlements.
