Recommends the appropriate actions. 3. Plans, implements and carries out the needed remedial action plans. 4. Uses it proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze data, sensory and photo. AIGI’s services are designed with a focus on using drones, satellites and other data capture, to utilize our artificial intelligence, machine learning and predictive analytics for civil engineering, government and private industry clients. We were made aware that US Government was incentivizing drone, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), use by number of leaders and the Dept. of Homeland Security was evaluating grants. We had a proposal drafted for $10M award. It is still in the process for consideration and possible approval. The company is developing and acquiring the capabilities to become an industry leader in identifying and renovating major national infrastructure issues. The company is expanding its existing business channels with civil engineering firms and government organizations to provide predictive analytics services, remedial action via complete problem analysis. AIGI is concentrating on critical infrastructure including bridges, dams, water, power, energy, and ports that require solutions for tomorrow. AIGI has raised to date about $400,000 out of a permitted $1 million from a SEC approved Regulation D filing. A $10 – $50 million capital raise pursuant SEC Regulation A is currently ongoing. Future equity raises are a function of acquisitions. AIGI is currently evaluating future acquisitions in technology, services and supply chain of the critical and civil infrastructure sector. The plan is to continue M&A for next 3-5 years while expanding technology deployment and positioning for exit strategy in years 5-7.
