Joe worked in investment banking for a decade prior to Pursell in Energy and Industrials. Joe led dozens of sell-side processes for middle market companies and successfully completed transactions in the oilfield services, healthcare, digital media, financial services, manufacturing, and software industries. Joe has deep experience in corporate and start up environments in the US and abroad. Prior to Founders, Joe was a Manager at Andersen in Atlanta and London, focusing on advanced technology and ERP implementations for Fortune 500 companies. He then focused on technology startups, and moved on to become Technology Director and Board Member at Assuresoft, a UK financial services portal, which he sold in 2001.
Joe was a Director in Founders Investment Banking's Oil & Gas and General practices, with a focus in oilfield services. Joe led dozens of sell side processes for middle market companies and successfully completed transactions in the oilfield services, healthcare, digital media, financial services, manufacturing, and software industries.
