Since 2003, Joe Brady's mission has been to empower technology companies with his real estate expertise. He was winner of the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Deal of the Year award in 2021 for the sale and relocation of NetApp’s headquarters. The Business Journal also named him as one of their “40 Under 40” in 2014. Other accomplishments include being named a CoStar Power Broker in 2012, 2015, 2019 & 2020. During his career, Joe Brady has closed over 1,100 transactions totaling more than 20M RSF.
