Mr. JOE WONG received his B. Eng. from the Department of Automation and Computer-Aided Engineering of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in 2004. During the study in CUHK, Mr. Wong won several Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) competitions: the Second Prize of IEEE Hong Kong Section 2003 Undergraduate Student Paper Contest, the Third Prize of IEEE Region 10 Student Paper Contest 2004 (Undergraduate Section) and The Second Prize of the IEEE Best Final Year Project Competition 2004 (Hong Kong). Besides, Mr. Wong also got two papers published on World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation and Int. Conf. on Application and Development of Computer Games respectively in 2004. Mr. Wong started his career in Sengital Limited since 2004. He joined and played a key role in the company when it has first started up. He became Chief Operating Officer (COO) since 2009 and he leads the team for different R&D projects and manages the company operation for long. Mr. Wong is active in technology and Engineering related field in Hong Kong. He currently is a committee member of Technology Incubatees and Alumni Network, which helps serve by providing a network for knowledge, experience and ideas. He also is a committee member of CUHK Engineering Faculty Alumni Association, being eligible for all graduates of Engineering Faculty, CUHK for membership. On the other hand, he is a member of Business and Industrial Club of the City University of Hong Kong, serving to develop a close relationship with the business and industrial sectors, also helps members improve and upgrade their technological and management expertise.
Medisen Limited is a medical solution and device design company which are spun-off from the Medical Design Department of Sengital Limited. Our base is in Hong Kong and our core team is experienced in developing medical devices with FDA and MDD approval as well as providing manufacturing support service for production, documentation and management of projects. The main focus of Medisen Limited includes telemedicine and wireless communication system equipped with advanced technology like ZigBee, Bluetooth and GSM. We have developed several products such as Medical Gateway, Patient Monitoring System and handheld medical devices for our customers based on this technology. With this strong technological background, Medisen has a very solid experience on hand to take further steps on Tele-healthcare system in near future.
Sengital Limited is established in 2004 and is now located at Hong Kong Science Park. We are strong in motion sensing technology, wireless technology, embedded system and IT system etc. Sengital is a design and engineering service company offering a low cost but high value added package to all customers, gets involved into different technology aspects and consultancy. We are active in the industry and participate in different competitions and presentations. With top class technical team with strong research and development experience, Sengital has won many awards, such as the Gold Award of Best Mobile Apps (Mobile Information) Award in HKICTA 2014, Technological Achievement Award, Innovation and Creativity Award in HKAI 2013, Merit in APICTA Awards 2013 and so on.
