KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • reporting to Senior Supply Chain Manager, manage demand and supply planning, S&OP process for product over 10000 skus • liaison between local and regional teams for all aspect of the demand and supply planning process IBP System launch (Integrated Business planning): • As a super user to handle the system implementation in Hong Kong - monthly submission of forecast in system, verify the accuracy of EDI data, weekly NRC checking, daily review meeting for system optimization Demand planning: • Drive for S&OP process improvement regarding forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and supply chain cost minimization through collaborative working with Commercial, Marketing, Regional supply Chain, and Finance • Submit 36/24-month demand rolling forecast and Replenishment forecast on monthly basis after monthly S&OP meeting. Compare and identify the gap in unit and dollar between S&OP forecast and Commercial forecast, derive possible gap closing initiatives and highlight risk and opportunity. Supply Planning: • Ensure stock availability for finished goods and packaging material, as well as the smooth of distributor redressing operation and importing operation, in order to achieve monthly sales target. • resolve demand and supply issues, including identify root cause and work with Regional and commercial to provide both short-term and long-term solution. Inventory Control: • Monitor and ensure inventory level of stock are aligned within target and/or policy, including stock accuracy, stock aging management, and spoiled goods management. Others: • Partner with the Marketing team to support product launches/rationalization/ special promotions, including communications to regulatory group and other key stakeholders.
• manage Asia demand planning process, and partner with Asia supply chain partners to execute S&OP process for product over 3000 skus • Monthly S&OP with Asia Location in Demand planning process lead the S&OP meeting in Asia Locations (Korea, China, Taiwan, Philippines, Hong Kong) with local supply chain team, Sale & MKTG team as well as country managers review and discuss sales forecast & related KPIs in order to align their local market demand, and sale strategies. Share information such as production capacity, Product phase in/out to align sale forecast in planning Document locations update and highlights about demand forecast change for Supply planners • Monthly meeting with Regional Sales & Marketing, Quality & Regulatory teams to go through issue about New Product Launch, business strategy and license registration. Highlight any Asia locations feedback or abnormal demand which are out of the expectation • Work with supply planning team, customer service to ensure stock qty, batch, packaging delivery schedule can fulfil Asia Locations requirement • manage demand and supply in Asia locations during long or short term supply issue, and proceed manual allocation to reduce company sale or business impact if necessary • Responsible to implement any new system/process related to supply chain to improve services level
• Demand planning lead monthly S&OP meeting to provide an overview on demand forecast versus finance budget/ projection in fiscal year to Management Leaders, and update the latest KPIs, sale & Inventory reports Upload the compromised monthly sale forecast plan in SCM system (APO) after monthly S&OP meeting • Supply planning: Communicate, and monthly meeting with SCM team in manufacturing plants or distribution Centres in USA, Europe and Singapore (AP) to ensure the future supply/capacity are sufficient to support the demand need for sale achievement, manage and solve the product supply issue such as capacity issue, raw materials shortage, and labour strike partner with customer service, and business manager on sales and order fulfillment & delivery support sale & Marketing on New Product launch, promotion such as data setup, sample ordering • Inventory Management Inventory control in both 3PL warehouse and distributor: maintain optimal inventory level by predefined Future days’ supply target in order to support business objectives Inventory report to handling SDR, slow moving stock, dead stock, and returned stock • monitor supply chain KPI performance- forecast accuracy, line fill rate, backorder, inventory value • master data maintenance to make sure all the data are correctly setup in SAP and APO for use • work with 3PL warehouse for stock movement, shipment arrival, goods delivery and any logistics issue • monthly meeting with distributors to understand their need and In-market trend for demand forecast planning, also support the customer enquiries about goods supply to achieve better channel management • closely work with other depts: finance, and sales & marketing for sales budget projection & monthly sales estimation, Quality & Regulatory Assurance for any product quality issue
