- Work closely with Program Managers (PM) Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads to advise on advancement of management competencies within the mission delivery teams - leading cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration, effective project execution while implementing EVMS principles, - Assess project(s) performance, data analysis, and develop high quality project management data and best practices - Improving stakeholder confidence in planning and program performance information through data and metrics
● Providing project controls management to comply with the approved EVMS in accordance with DOE 413.3B and the NDIA EIA-748-D Intent Guide. ● (SPI/CPI/SV/CV/TCPI/Data anomalies) monthly control account status, Baseline changes, and CPR monthly development ● Monitor and control project expenses, cost variances and to-completion performance index analysis, identify and review control account variance write-ups by CAMs, and recommend corrective actions. ● Provide project schedule analysis: Review of predecessor-successor relationships, dependencies, and constraints, Critical path analysis, float analysis, resource allocation ● Ensure monthly EVMS compliance per DOE guidelines (historical data maintenance, Audit VARs and EV metrics, CPR analysis, compliant baseline changes)

● The CCA COE utilizes the latest circuit card technology to build and deliver circuit cards to most of Raytheon’s business units (Patriot Defense Systems, F-18, NGJ, etc) ● Tracking, reporting and analysis of contract expenses and schedule relative to Estimate At Completion and budget. Current portfolio of contracts totals over $70M dollars in government funding with 20+ quarterly reports to provide to our customers ● Preparation of quarterly Estimates At Completion and quarterly sales plans to upper management ● Preparation and presentation of weekly/monthly/quarterly Internal Financial Reports ● Monthly reporting and analysis of EV (Earned Value) ● Partner with CCA business operations to provide clear outlook of deliverables to customers ● Support special projects as required including but not limited to business proposals, proposal audits, and ad hoc information requests
● Oversee 16 MechE Principal Investigators (PI) portfolio of grants and finance related tasks revolved around their research. NIH, NSF, Boeing, UTC, and Dept of Defense among others that provided research funding ● Provide monthly financial review, forecasting, budgeting and oversight of PI grants, seeing them properly managed throughout the life-cycle of the award. ● Assist PIs with research proposal submission to various sponsors (NSF, NIH, Internal, DoD, DoE etc.) with focal expertise in NSF and NIH proposal submissions. ● Working closely with PIs and other administrative staff on following the policies, procedures, and MechE’s internal practices ● Pre and Post Award: Proper account setup and closeout, ensuring expenses are all justifiable, remedy any issues that would halt the “close” of a project. ● Coordinate with other central offices such as OSP and VPF (Procurement, Controllers Accounting Office, Travel etc.) to resolve any issues with PI projects.
