Commissioning of the new process plant consisting of Tungsten, Copper, Bismuth and Fluorite circuits. Training and mentoring of Vietnamese nationals in the polymetallic processing plant (consisting of Tungsten, Copper, Bismuth and Fluorite processing ciruits) so that they become proficient in the skills and knowledge required to move into key positions and competently operate the plant and achieve production targets safely.
Responsible for the day to day running of the processing plant to ensure that the daily production goals are met safely as set out in the daily shift strategy. Communicate all Environmental health and Safety issues and Process impacts to site personnel Coordinate daily operational strategies, production targets and maintenance plans across the Processing Plant crews to achieve the best results for Nui Phao. Coordinate Maintenance activities in the Processing Plant to ensure there is minimal downtime in the Processing Plant. Ensure Tails Dam Water Management Plan is implemented and followed to minimize environmental risk. Assist in implementing strategies to maintain and improve asset utilization across the Process Plant. Train, guide and mentor senior Vietnamese personnel to prepare them to take up higher responsibilities in line with the company’s localization plan
Training and mentoring of Lao nationals in the copper processing plant so that they become proficient in the skills and knowledge required to move into key positions and competently operate the plant and achieve production targets safely.
Commissioning of new Gold/Silver plant, develop SOPS and Safe Work Permit System, train and develop young man and woman from the local area in the process plant and ramp up throughput in the mill to full design capacity.
