I build markets, scale companies, and turn innovation into real revenue. Over 20+ years, I’ve launched and commercialized advanced medical technologies at U.S. Surgical, Medtronic (Kyphon), Siemens, BK Medical/GE, Sonablate, and LivsMed. At LivsMed, I led commercialization during the growth phase leading to its IPO—raising $94M at a ₩135.9B (~$100M+) valuation—by building the sales organization, designing the sales strategy, and building the company’s key opinion leader network. Today I build companies and platforms at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and growth: • Founder, Logics MD • President, RZ Technologies • Host, The Grind & The Glory I specialize in turning innovation into adoption—through sales strategy, leadership, and relationships that move markets.
Founded RZ Technologies and led its growth from startup to a healthcare supply and technology platform serving major health systems. Built RZ’s strategic technology vertical, OptiPar, a virtual healthcare marketplace designed to convert surplus and short-dated medical inventory into revenue—enabling hospitals and surgery centers to sell excess supplies directly to buyers through secure, intermediary-free transactions. Led development of OptiPar’s proprietary platform and algorithm, delivering real-time dashboards, reporting, and API connectivity to optimize inventory flow and maximize institutional cash recovery. Expanded RZ beyond technology into direct health system partnerships, securing complex contracts with large health systems and government-related entities to deliver critical surgical products at dramatically reduced cost. Built and manage large-scale supply programs across high-cost surgical service lines—including spine, trauma, and other specialty areas—driving multimillion-dollar cost savings while improving access, efficiency, and pricing transparency. Execute executive-level strategy and negotiations with health system leadership, procurement, supply chain, OR leadership, and finance teams—positioning RZ as a trusted partner in cost containment, contracting, and surgical supply optimization. Drive revenue growth through a hybrid model combining technology, distribution, and strategic contracting—bridging innovation with real-world healthcare operations and measurable financial impact.
I founded Logics MD to solve one of the biggest problems in medicine today — great surgeons with life-changing skills struggling to grow their practice, reach patients, and scale sustainably. What began as a passion project 10 years ago has evolved into a national healthcare marketing and revenue-growth agency serving clients across the U.S. — from robotic urologists and bariatric surgeons to orthopedic and spine specialists. We specialize in: • Digital Strategy & SEO: Converting web traffic into booked consultations through data-driven optimization. • Branding & Media Production: Crafting premium websites, videos, and patient-education content that build trust and authority. • Patient Acquisition Systems: Automating lead management, follow-ups, and analytics to maximize ROI. Our results speak for themselves — exponential online visibility, measurable patient growth, and a modern brand identity for every physician we partner with. Today, Logics MD stands at the intersection of medicine, marketing, and technology — helping healthcare leaders tell their story, grow their business, and elevate the standard of digital presence in healthcare.
